Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the website and users in using the internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as 'Services') provided by the website operated by ARETE Consulting GmbH (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company').
Article 2 (Definitions)
Definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows:
- 'Website' refers to a virtual place of business set up using information and communication facilities such as computers so that the Company can trade goods or services to provide them to users, or the website operated by the Company, and it is also used in the sense of a business operator operating the www.aretede.com site.
- 'User' refers to a user who accesses the website and receives services provided by the website in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Article 3 (Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions)
- These terms and conditions take effect by being announced to users through notices on the initial service screen of the website.
- The website posts the contents of these terms and conditions, trade name, location of the place of business, business registration number, contact information (telephone, fax, e-mail address, etc.) on the initial service screen of the website so that users can know.
- The website may change these terms and conditions within the scope of not violating relevant laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, etc., and the Consumer Protection Act. Chapter 4 General Matters

- The website is exempted from responsibility for service provision if it cannot provide services due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
- The website is not responsible for obstacles to using the website caused by reasons attributable to the user.
- The website is not responsible for damages caused by the user losing profits expected using the website or data obtained through the services.
Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
The court of jurisdiction for lawsuits related to disputes between the website and users related to service use shall be the court of the Republic of Korea having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act, and the governing law shall be Korean law.
(Supplementary Provision) These terms and conditions are effective from June 14, 2018.
